when you fasten off after 10″, do you cut the yarn and weave the ends? if so, how do you complete the next steps – 3rd loop pulled up and ch 1 etc.? how is it attached?
Thank you!
Hi Nicole! You can cut the yarn and weave in the end or sc over it when you sc around the cozy at the end. In the next step, you count over 3 stitches and insert your hook to start a new chain. Then you will sc 6, ch 1, turn and sc across again for 4 more rows. The button hole is then made at the end by chaining 5 then slip stitching into the end of the other side. Now you will sc around the entire piece and follow the instructions for the edging. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
