The Bayside Adult Textured Beanie is a cozy crochet hat with a fun mix of texture and simple stitches.
The body features crossed double crochet for a pretty woven look, while the lower section is finished with half double crochet worked in the third loop to create raised ridges around the hat.
Made with medium weight (size 4) yarn and a 5.00 mm crochet hook, this beanie works up quickly and makes a great fall or winter project.
The pattern is worked from the top down in joined rounds and uses basic increases before moving into the textured stitch sections.
The Bayside Beanie is a great choice for everyday wear, handmade gifts, or stocking your fall and winter craft show table.
Use one cozy color for a classic look or choose a variegated yarn to make the textured stitches stand out even more.
