Get into the holiday spirit with one of the most festive and charming free crochet patterns of the season!
This Mrs. Claus Fingerless Mitten pattern is a great way to bring some creative fun to those long nights leading up to the holidays.
Designed in adult sizes with a cozy trim, it’s the perfect project to make for yourself (personal use) or as a thoughtful handmade gift.
The pattern uses single crochet and double crochet stitches with simple colour changes, making it approachable for crocheters of all skill levels. You’ll begin at the cuff with your first sc (sc blo), work into the first row, and build up the texture and style one round at a time with a slip stitch to join.
The thumb opening is worked seamlessly into the design, and the last row finishes it all off with a soft faux fur edge.
Each first stitch and last stitch is clearly explained, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
This fingerless gloves pattern is made with Big Twist yarn, though any favorite worsted weight best yarn (accessories yarn) from your craft supplies stash will work great (lion brand is a great choice too!).
Directions are written the same for the right hand and left hand.
A gorgeous pattern from the starting chains (craft chains), second chain, first dc, next stitch to the last!
If you’re looking for holiday-themed glove patterns that combine ease and elegance, this is a standout choice, perfect your your holiday new wish list.
