If you’ve been looking for a cozy free crochet beanie pattern, you’re in the right place!
This easy crochet hat pattern is worked with basic stitches like single crochet stitches and slip stitches to create a ribbed look and beautiful ribbed texture that makes the hat stretch for a perfect fit.
Starting with a simple foundation chain and working across the number of rows until you reach the end of the row, this simple crochet beanie pattern is a great project for beginners and seasoned makers alike.
All you’ll need is your favorite yarns—I recommend soft acrylic yarn or another medium-weight yarn—a 5.00 mm hook, and a yarn needle to finish off the last stitch of each row.
The stitch pattern gives that classic ribbed texture from the bottom of the hat all the way to the top of the hat.
