Border:
Lay one side of the neck warmer over the other so they overlap and form a V at the front.
With first color pick up a st and ch 1. Evenly sc 90 in each st around, working through both sides where the neck warmer overlaps.
The number of sc’s doesn’t need to be exact but needs to be a multiple of 3.
Sl st in first st.
Round 1: *Ch 5, sk next 2 sts, sl st in next st,* repeat from * around, ending with ch 5.
Turn your work with the wrong side facing you so you are now working from left to right.
Round 2: In previous ch 5 sp from round 1, *sc, hdc, hdc, ch 3, pom st in 2nd ch from hk, hdc, hdc, sc,* work from * in each sp around the neck warmer.
Sl st in first st and fasten off. Weave in ends.

Thank you for sharing your amazing design! I am on Row 5 and not sure what does “DC in the third loop only ” mean. Could you explain? Thank you in advance.
Hi! It is the loop directly behind the back loop. You have your front loop, back loop, then the third loop is directly behind it. Hope this helps!
