Create this crochet heart garland with this free pattern!
The garland can easily be adjusted by adding more or less hearts and garland.
The crochet heart garland measures approx. 66″ in length and can be easily adjusted.
This crochet heart garland pattern uses worsted weight yarn (cotton, yarn weight 4), yarn needle and crochet hook size H, 5.00 mm crochet hook.
Perfect for Valentine’s Day, this free crochet pattern creates a cute little heart that measures approx. 5″ wide by 4″ tall.
The cute heart is the perfect size for this project.
The heart is worked from the bottom up using basic crochet stitches to the center of the heart then working the right side of the top of the heart and then the left side of the top of the heart to create a perfect heart shape.
For the edging the crab stitch, aka the reverse crochet stitch is used for the side of the heart and all the way around.
The garland works a long chain stitch and then is connected through the middle tops of the first heart, then more chains are added before connecting to the next heart.
This is an easy crochet heart pattern, great for any skill level!
A great idea for Valentines Day, crochet garlands add a fun touch to any home decor!
