Create this beautiful boho fringe crochet top with this free pattern! Written in 3 cup sizes, this top works up quickly and has beautiful stitch detail!
The fringe is then added to give the top a cute boho feel. A great top for Summer and easy to make.
This pattern uses a size H, 5.00 mm crochet hook and medium weight (size 4) cotton yarn.

sc- single crochet
dc- double crochet
– Size H, 5.00 mm crochet hook
– Cotton or cotton blend yarn, I used Yarn Bee Cotton Et Lin in “Skyway”, about 2 skeins needed, 80% cotton, 20% linen, size 4 weight
– Tapestry Needle
Gauge (body of garment):
6 Sts X 5 rows = 2″ square
- Ch3 at the beginning of each row counts as first dc
- Ch2 at the beginning of each row counts as first dc
Bra Cup (make 2):
Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from the hk and each st across, 3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc in end st, dc in each st across back down the other side of the foundation chain (30).
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, dc in each st across to ch 1 sp from previous row. 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc in ch 1 sp, dc in each st across the row to end (34).
Repeat row 2:
- 4 more times for A/B cup (50)
- 6 more times for B/C cup (58)
- 8 more times for C/D cup (66)
Continue with border:
Ch 2, *ch 1, sk next st, dc in next,* repeat from * to the other side of the top of the bra cup, ending with a dc. Fasten off and weave in ends. Repeat with other cup.
Do not fasten off. join both cups together by sl st the inside of the cup to the other. Fasten off leaving a long tail. With your tapestry needle sew through the front loops of either side (up 3 rows) to secure. Fasten off on the inside and weave in ends.
Continue to sc 38 (50, 62) evenly along the bottom of the top.
Row 1: Ch 2, *ch 1, sk next st, dc in next,* repeat from * to end (38, 50, 62).
Row 2: Ch 2, *ch 1, dc above the next dc from previous row, ch 1,* repeat from * to end (38, 50, 62).
Rows 3-6: repeat row 2.
Optional: Repeat row 2 for a longer length.
Fasten off, weave in ends.
Pick up a st at the top of the cup where the ch 1 space is and ch 70. Fasten off and trim end. Repeat on the other side.
Pick up a st at the bottom side of the bra cup (on the last row of the body) and ch 70. Fasten off and trim end. Repeat on other side.
Cut 8 strands of yarn 20″ in length. Hold strands together and fold in half. Find the middle point and pull the strands through the first space in the corner of your top. Yarn over and pull all strands through. Repeat this every 4 spaces. Trim to approx. 9″ or desired length.
