Thanks for these patterns, they work out beautifully
Thank you! I’m glad you are enjoying them!
I’m anxious to try these patterns, but you don’t tell us just how much yarn to purchase for the booties or the matching hat. Can you give us that info?
It is a small amount, less than half a skein, probably around 70 yards or so. Hope this helps.
Yes that does. Gives me something to go by.
Thank You!
Easy pattern thank you
Do you have a 3mth to 6mth size

You’re welcome, glad you like it!
Hi just wandering do the chain stitches at the beginning count as a stitch ?
and how many stitchs are ment to be at each end of the rows ?
Thank you
Tia
Hi Tia, each row will add 10 stitches so you will have a total of 40 sts before working the hat down. The beginning chains do not count as a stitch.
Hi, I’m a beginner so I don’t understand the fpdc around previous fpdc. Please explain to me.
Hi, it is a front post double crochet around the front post double crochet you made in the last row to create the texture. Hope this helps!
Can you tell me how many inches wide the 40 stitches is please? I’m using a smaller size yarn and I want to make sure the diameter is corrected. Thank you.
Approx. 5.5″ for the newborn size.
