For the beard:

Follow the directions to make the beard HERE.

Braids:

Braid as many extra braids as you would like and tie off and trim ends. Follow up by wrapping a piece of color contrasting yarn around the tie of the braid and knot on the back. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Horns:

Follow the crochet horn pattern HERE.

Hat dimension detail:

With contrasting color, add some detail and texture to your hat by picking up a loop and sc around the posts on the top of the hat. Do the same with the fpdc’s you made going down the hat, around each horn and again where you switch to your new color. If you are making the brown bearded hat, sc around where you made your color change in Rows 10 and 14. Finish by sc around the posts in the last row of the hat. Fasten off and weave in all ends.

Pin it for later!
