I downloaded your Traverse Bay Crochet baby blanket. I do not know what a long double crochet stitch is in row 3. Can you explain that to me.
Thank you
Hi Rosalie! The long double crochet stitch is a regular dc that is done into the stitch that you skipped. If you are having any trouble I did upload a video on my blog post showing how to do row 3. Let me know if you have any other questions, thanks!
Like!! Really appreciate you sharing this blog post.Really thank you! Keep writing.
Never seen or heard of a long skipped double crochet – wow – can’t wait to try this – such a pretty pattern it makes.
What is the multiple count for this pattern. I chained 126 but am not getting 40″. I have a 6.0 hook because I am a tight crocheter. I am using Yarnspirations Caron Latte Cakes (5), but it is more like a thin 4 weight.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
