Create these adorable easy peasy crochet baby booties with this free crochet pattern!

It’s an easy pattern, perfect for beginners and can be completed in just as little as 30 minutes.

These easy crochet baby booties make a great gift for a new mom or for your own little one.

They are ideal for small projects and can be worked up quickly.

The result is a pair of cute baby booties that are perfect for little feet.

For this project, I recommend using any medium worsted weight yarn.

You can choose different colors to match your preference or create cute booties for baby girls or baby boys.

The pattern includes sizes from newborn, 3-6 months and 6-12 months, ensuring the perfect fit for your little one.

To get started, you’ll need a G hook (4.25 mm) and some stitch markers to keep track of your progress.

This is a very easy free pattern with basic crochet stitches, using mainly the single crochet stitch.

These crochet baby shoes makes a perfect gift and perfect baby shower gift too!

This is a great pattern for beginner crocheters, fun to make in different colors/leftover yarn and easy baby booties for a a baby girl or baby boy.

So, if you’re a new mom or know someone who is expecting a newborn baby, these crochet baby booties will make a great gift.

These crochet booties are soft, comfortable, and oh-so-adorable.

The pattern is versatile, allowing you to create booties for both baby girls and baby boys.

These little booties are not only a good idea for keeping baby’s feet warm but also for providing a non-slip sole.

You can use puff paint or apply clear Plasti Dip spray to the bottoms to make them non-slip.

This ensures easy access and added safety for those tiny steps.

So, grab your crochet hook and a little yarn, and let’s get started on these adorable baby booties.

They’re a great way to practice your crochet skills and create something precious.

 Happy crocheting!

How do you make the booties non slip?

I get this question a lot and have a couple solutions I think work really well:

  1. Puff paint. Squirt little dots or lines of puff paint on the bottoms. Turn them upside down and let them dry overnight before use.

 2. Clear plasti dip spray. This is my preferred method as it works really well and just sprays on. Be sure to do this outdoors. Spray the bottoms and let dry overnight before use.

Hi Laura…!! I first saw your child’s size version of this pattern, and noticed that it has an added cuff, which I prefer…is there a reason you didn’t add one to this pattern…?

I just didn’t think it needed it for the baby size as it fits on a baby’s feet without falling off. I added the cuff to the kid size pattern since they walk around and it would slip off easier if you didn’t have it. You can sc around the top of the baby booties and add a cuff if you would prefer 🙂

I love this pattern. They are beautiful and so easy. As you say 10 minutes. I volunteer at Cwa and they sell craft to help hospitals and country people who are really doing it hard at this time.
