Crochet Puff Coasters

These cute crochet puff coasters are perfect to hold your favorite mug or glass.

The bottoms fits perfectly in the middle leaving the cute bobble trim border.

Materials:

• H hook, 5.00 mm
• 100% cotton yarn, I used Lily Sugar’n Cream
• Blunt needle

Abbreviations:

ch- chain

hdc- half double crochet

st(s)- stitch(es)

sl st- slip stitch

Special stitches: Puff stitch: Yarn over and pull through a loop, yarn over again and pull through another loop, repeat 3 more times then yarn over and pull through all loops on hook.

Pattern:

Magic circle

Ch 2, hdc 11 in circle.

**You will continue to work in the round**

Row 1: 2hdc in each st around.

Row 2: hdc in first st, 2 hdc in next st, repeat around.

Row 3: *hdc in 2 sts (yarn over with new color in second hdc st), with new color puff in next st and ch 1, switch back to your other color,* and repeat from * around.

Sl st in first st and fasten off, weave in end.
